Introductions

Hello everyone, this is my first blog. I am looking forward to seeing what you all have to write, I am a wife and mother, I am married to Jerry, he is in the military, so we have had our share of moves and obstacles, but we always get through. We have 3 children Kristy 17, Cody 16, and Jake 8. Yes the joy of raising teenagers. They are all good kids and I am proud of them. I have been a student at Kaplan since Jan '09. I chose to do online classes because we move so much and nothing ever seems permanent. We are finally moved back to where we grew up and I am loving being around family and friends. We are hoping this will be our last move for a while but with the military you never know. I am looking forward to learning with you all and hearing all of your stories too.

    being a part of the military sure does require alot of moves. i speak from personal experience lol lets hope this is your last move. good luck.

    Hi Cindy. How does it feels to have a husband work in the military??? Teenagers seems like you have your hands full. I have a 2yr old son and 10yr old girl and 6yr old boy. I love having an online schooling. To me I have my time to really express myself. What about you?

    Thanks for the comments, being in a military family is a challenge. We have to work hard at getting quality time together. The military has its good and bad qualities, great health care. The bad would be the moving and all the time he has to work, and always on call.
